Reprint: If the received product is printed incorrectly, damaged or in a bad quality, please contact our support team via e-mail at support@electricluststore.com, and attach photos of the errors. Our team will inspect the errors, and have a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
Refund: In case there are issues with the reprint, after receiving all the required information, a refund will be placed minus the shipping fee. Refunds are only allowed for reprinted faulty products, and extremely delayed shipping times.
Refunds based off shipping time: Product taking longer than 32days to arrive after purchase can be refunded. *Please note that due to COVID19 shipping times are taking longer than usual with high demands for neck gaiters.
